You will be responsible for

  • All customer requirements as a single point of contact
  • Managing the complete customer portfolio of the allocated region
  • Ensuring delivering value to the customer by new product rollouts
  • Preparing monthly presentations for clients on performance trends
  • Monitoring support ticket dashboard and acting in case of TAT delay
  • Cross-selling other products to existing customers
  • Renewal/extension of Contract
  • Will report to regional account manager

What we expect from you?

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, preferably the IT/BPO, Transport, and Facilities
  • Graduate in any field. B-Tech/BCA preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and all aspects of change management
  • Experience with Microsoft® Office tools (MS Excel, MSWord)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • A proactive manager with a problem-solving bent of mind
  • A quick learner and results-oriented candidate to ensure all client requirements are addressed
  • A sincere candidate who is highly responsive, persistent and takes ownership
  • Is able to adapt to change well, and isn’t particularly fazed by course changes
  • Is comfortable working with technology and people; practices strong work ethics
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, spoken Hindi
  • You are required to comply with the ISMS policy laid down by the Company
